Johnson Group is currently seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of The Project Manager. Role holder will reporting to Operations Manager UAE and will be based in Dubai. Candidate will be part of the team who is currently focused on delivering Retrofit Projects for a rapidly growing Sustainability business and helping customer to achieved their green goals. Candidate will responsible for managing the entire projects: Delivery, Status reporting, Communicate with stakeholders, Escalate impediments, Manage risk, Financials and Drive relentless improvement. Focused on delivering the assignment on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities of Project Manager Sustainability

• Using your experience and skills of managing the project life cycle to deliver effective operations across the assigned projects to ensure high-quality business value is delivered.
• Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Also accountable to manage Project Financials, Revenue Reporting & maintain positive cashflow.
• Must be experienced in managing multiple work streams simultaneously with the capability to learn and implement new technologies.
• Leading technical discussions with client as well as internal team to deliver high quality projects. Will work with product and engineering teams, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Also act as a mentor for the team’s lean practices, mindsets & goals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to fine-tune and improve project execution; recommend enhancements related to new/ existing workflows based on a broad view of the organization mindset.
• Build appropriate and effective business relationships, make decisions which impact the success of assigned projects. Significant influence over the allocation and management of resources appropriate to given assignments.
• Should have Technical Knowledge about HVAC and Controls Systems.
• Commercially astute and technically proficient in the HVAC and Controls industry.
• Self-motivated enjoying the challenge of driving business growth, approaching issues from a broad multi-functional perspective to develop strategies that achieve long-term goals.
• Support Sales & estimation Team, attend technical site surveys for Brown Field Jobs, capture all relevant Technical & Execution information & risks, review Tenders/Contracts, Review Technical & Commercial Proposals.
• Should Lead, supervise and coordinate the activities of a front-line delivery team (Engineer/Technicians, etc.) in order to ensure quality service and flawless execution of contractual obligations.

Requirements for Role of Project Manager Sustainability

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience of managing medium to large size New/Retrofit projects in HVAC and or Controls.
• Hands on field experience in HVAC and/or Controls Systems: Installation, Testing/Commissioning & Troubleshooting.
• Genuine passion and commitment to providing superior customer experiences through successful solution implementations.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with teams, business stakeholders and senior management across organizational boundaries.
• Certified in CEM is a plus.
