Michael Page has an opportunity for Project Manager (Roads and Bridges) to join one of the largest construction contracting companies in KSA and works on large and prestigious projects across the KSA region. The client is a leading and one of the largest overall construction contracting companies in the KSA region. They focus on large scale and prestigious projects and this will be an opportunity to be exposed to some of the most important projects across the Kingdom.

Responsibilities of Project Manager

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of road and bridge construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure completion of projects in time and within budget constraints.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing road and bridge construction projects.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and throughout the organization.

Requirements of Project Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Additional certificates such as PMP.
• 20 – 25 years’ experience in the management of Highways, Bridges and Tunnels.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Strong Communication in English.
