We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a warehouse construction project in Abu Dhabi. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the overall project execution, managing site operations, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall execution of warehouse and industrial construction projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Lead all project activities including structural steel erection, civil works, concrete works, MEP coordination, and external works.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement plans, and construction strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and HSE standards.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, technical submittals, and progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Supervise site teams and ensure effective project communication across all departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of construction experience, with strong exposure to steel structure warehouse projects.
- Must have worked with reputable contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record managing industrial buildings, logistics facilities, warehouses, and steel structure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
- PMP certification is preferred.
