Job Description
NAFFCO is currently seeking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Project Coordinator in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-3000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities of Project Coordinator
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to mitigate risks.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular status meetings to identify and resolve project issues, ensuring transparency and alignment across the team.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate logistics for project meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Support project managers in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements for Role of Project Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a strong advantage for candidates.
- Experience in managing projects within technology, construction, or healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is essential for success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for maintaining project documentation and schedules.
