Majid Al Futtaim presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Programme Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will play a leading role in overseeing the orchestration of a Development Value Stream and provide programme level Agile scrum master support, ensuring the fulfilment of SHARE’s 5-year ambition.

Duties of Programme Delivery Manager

• Oversee programme implementation of new/enhanced channels.
• Ensure that the delivery oversight of the programme is aligned with the objectives already set forth by the business through PI planning sessions.
• Focus is on the oversight and orchestration of programme delivery of a major Development Value Stream.
• Ensure readiness for your value stream for new and enhanced (mainly) digital channels anork in coordination with the strategic enablement office of delivery & product delivery teams to ensure alignment & gain confidence in to issue a Go/No-Go for launch.
• Working closely with the product managers, business owner(s), solution architects and key stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery momentum and delivery velocity and support programme stakeholder management.
• Lead 1-2 scrum teams through the iteration process and enable them to become more self-organized and autonomous against the sprint plans.
• Lead all four types of Agile ceremonies, optimizing their internal workings and ensure alignment on showcases with key stakeholders.
• Oversee iterations of the Scrum process through to completion.
• Function as the prime conduit within the Agile teams for adherence to the programme’s governance framework for the loyalty business.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility Requirements for role of a Programme Delivery Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree in a technical field (i.e., MSc.) preferred.
• Certified SCRUM master qualification.
• Additional role related, industry qualification preferred, i.e., Agile, Lean, CI, PMP, etc.
• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role as a Scrum Master in a large programme of delivery.
• 10+ years’ work experience in projects and/or programme delivery.
• Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
