Key Responsibilities

• Become the face of BYD’s retail experience by elevating every customer interaction into a premium, personalized journey from first hello to long‑after delivery.
• Guide customers through the EV world with confidence. Deliver tech walkthroughs, immersive test drives, ownership insights, and everything in between.
• Drive sales through connection, storytelling, and proactive engagement. Therefore, use precise CRM tracking and disciplined pipeline management to convert leads into commitments.
• Curate the in‑store and pop‑up environment so every display, touchpoint, and brand moment reflects BYD’s luxury‑tech DNA.
• Stay ahead of the EV landscape with deep product knowledge. Translate complex technology into clear, compelling customer education.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing, operations, and aftersales to deliver a seamless, frictionless experience from first contact to long‑term loyalty.
• Support key events, activations, and vehicle handovers. Ensure every customer touchpoint, online or in‑person, feels smooth, intentional, and premium.
• Turn curiosity into commitment by building trust and influencing high‑consideration purchase decisions without aggressive selling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proactive, customer‑obsessed mindset. Adaptable, self‑driven, ethical, and committed to growing within BYD and Al‑Futtaim.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Proven sales or customer experience background – ideally 2+ years in mid‑luxury retail, hospitality, or F&B.
• Confidence in presenting and guiding customers through high‑consideration purchases, including test drives and financial discussions.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM systems plus Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE driving license is essential for conducting test drives and attending off‑site events.
• Genuine interest in electric vehicles, sustainability, and cutting‑edge automotive technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as retail demands.
