Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Supplier Management
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, and café consumables
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize value and ensure quality
• Maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers
Procurement & Ordering
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability
• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to support new store openings
• Manage procurement for special events, menu launches, and seasonal campaigns
Cost Control & Reporting
• Monitor procurement spend, supplier performance, and COGS
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes
• Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and approvals
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all suppliers comply with food safety and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain procurement documentation, approvals, and audit trails
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in F&B, café, or hospitality operations
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/POS experience is a plus
• UAE experience required
