Responsibilities of Primary Middle Leaders

• Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to teachers within their area.
• Share expertise, participate in decision making processes, and collaborate with other leaders.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure responsible budget management within their area.

Job Requirements of Primary Middle Leaders

• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
• Have proven experience of teaching primary level EYFS/KS1/KS2.
• Have proven experience in a similar role subject lead/phase lead.
