Job Description
Al Futtaim Group is actively seeking qualified and experienced individual to take on the role of a Physical Inventory Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible to secure a positive shopping experience for customers through effectively managing and maintaining stock integrity, reducing discrepancy and shrinkage of the company
Duties of Physical Inventory Assistant
Operational
- To assist the Senior Physical Inventory in the responsibility for the execution of the physical inventory for the store including Self Serve, Full Serve, Market Hall and Display counts.
- Responsible for assisting with overseeing the Recovery counts and keeping detailed records of Recovery counts customers.
- Provide visitors complete satisfaction through stock integrity and reduce discrepancy.
- Keep detailed records in order for figures of stock in the system and physical qty will match.
Commercial
- Make sure the system quantity and physical quantities are matching.
- Do the stock count by following the physical inventory calendar.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Physical Inventory Assistant are as under:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar role.
Skills Desired
- Good  knowledge in excel.
- Goods handling and safety.
- Good written and verbal English.
- What equips you for the role.
- Knowledge of inventory procedures.
