GEMS International School Dubai Hills is hiring a highly organised Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice Principal (SVP). Furthermore, the role supports the SVP’s office across diary management, communications, and stakeholder coordination, contributing directly to the academic success of the school. In addition, this Personal Assistant in Dubai position gives you direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic school decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the SVP’s complex calendar, priorities, and daily follow-ups.
• Additionally, schedule appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the SVP’s primary liaison with parents, staff, and external partners.
• Furthermore, attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate follow-up minutes.
• Draft and distribute correspondence to local authorities, parents, and the wider community.
• Moreover, maintain the school complaints log and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Coordinate VIP visits, school events, logistics, catering, and guest management.
• Also, screen incoming post, calls, and emails, escalating priorities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience for the Personal Assistant

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within a school environment.
• Additionally, strategic and operational leadership capability at executive-assistant level.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
