Payroll Officer Full-time

Dulsco Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce in Dubai. The role ensures full compliance with UAE labour law and Wages Protection System (WPS) requirements while delivering excellent employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple contracts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, WPS, and internal payroll policies.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, leave, gratuity, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRMS.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies with HR and Finance.
• Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, WPS, and end-of-service calculations.
• Proficiency in payroll/HRMS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
