Requirements
- A high-quality degree and qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant experience in Early Years Foundation Stage.
- A proven record of outstanding EYFS practice, including creating stimulating, child-centred learning experiences that develop curiosity, creativity, and independence.
- A genuine passion for nurturing and inspiring young children, ensuring every child achieves their full potential socially, emotionally, and academically.
- High expectations that challenge, support, and motivate both children and colleagues.
- The ability to plan, implement, and evaluate innovative learning initiatives that enhance developmental progress and early attainment.
- A confident, reflective practitioner capable of shaping, leading, and collaborating effectively within a professional Early Years team.
- A strong commitment to the wellbeing of every child, fostering an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment.
