Job Description
As a Outlet Manager at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights you be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Responsibilities of Outlet Manager
- The job holder is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards,.
- Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
- Assisting with necessary administration tasks.
Requirements of Outlet Manager
The requirements foe the said job are as following.
- Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

The company offers an attractive salary package of 8000 to 16000 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
