OSH Officer NMC Healthcare Al Ain

NMC Healthcare is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a OSH Officer in Near Sultan Bakery, Sannayia, Al Ain, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with all DOH guidelines for OSHMS.
• Following up on past inspection reports and providing corrective actions.
• Dealing with staff and student complaints / concerns regarding facility safety.
• Conducting regular inspections of the Hospital to check potential hazards.
• Ensuring compliance with the hospital Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).
• Reporting of incidents to DOH OSHMS department in accordance with mandatory reporting requirements and required to follow up.
• Managing incident reporting and documentation as per DOH regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments for all departments.
• Identifying hazards, assisting in the development of controls and providing support, audits, drills, training, and education to ensure that the facility is a safe environment for staff, patients/residents, contractors and visitors.

Requirements for Role of OSH Officer

• Previous experience as a OSH Officer in a hospital in the UAE.
• OSHAD License.
• First Aid Training.
• OSH Practitioner Registration as per OSHAD-SF Mechanism 8.0- OSH Practitioner Registration, OSHAD.
• 2+ year’s experience in a healthcare environment.
