Candidate will be responsible to Operate equipment and carry out duties to ensure the efficient supply of products to and from the production lines. All duties to be achieved within the company quality, safety and environmental frameworks while developing a team working and continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities of Operative Central Production Facility

• While carrying out all duties, take into account own safety and that of others.
• GMP standards are maintain to the highest level at all times.
• Correct PPE is use when carrying out duties.
• Ensure that machinery pre-safety checks are always Carrey out and documented  reporting any issues.
• Follow all Safety, Health and Environmental procedures that relate to role.
• Risk assess jobs and take require safety, quality and environmental actions.
• Support a culture that enhances behavioral awareness to reduce accidents and near misses.
• Ensure that no expire products are use in the production cycle.
• Ensure that FEFO is being follow at all times.
• Ensure that actions are taken to maximize line efficiency while running and during changeovers/washdowns.
• Ensure that the relevant procedures (work instructions) are understand and followed.
• Always seek to improve any duties that require to be Carrey out to make safer, cleaner and more cost-effective.
• Be an active part of the Team’s Continuous Improvement activities.
• Meet daily with the Team Leader to organize workload and priorities.

Requirements for Role of Operative Central Production Facility

• Secondary school education.
• 2 years Experience in a Food Production Environment, Understanding of food
  Safety and Quality management systems.
