Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
– Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive operational efficiency and business growth across all areas of the organization.
– Champion the adoption of technology solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation.
– Property and OA Management
– Oversee OA and property management activities, including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and asset optimization, to maximize property performance and investor returns.
– Facilities Management
– Drive facilities management initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable properties that meet the needs of tenants and stakeholders.
– Marketing and Business Development
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants, enhance brand visibility, and drive occupancy rates.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the property management portfolio and drive revenue growth.
– Team Leadership
– Lead and mentor a high-performing team and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, investors, and industry partners, to support business objectives and drive value creation.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
– 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the property management, real estate, or related industries.
– Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
– In-depth knowledge of property management principles, facilities maintenance, marketing strategies, and business development techniques.
– Familiarity with technology solutions for property management, marketing automation, data analytics, and business intelligence.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
