As an On‑Demand Courier, you will be the vital link between businesses and their customers, ensuring that parcels, documents, and goods reach their destination quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle (car, van, or motorcycle) to collect and deliver parcels, documents, and other items across Dubai and the UAE.
• Use GPS and route‑optimisation apps to plan efficient routes, adapting to traffic and weather conditions in real time to meet delivery windows.
• Load and unload packages carefully to prevent damage, secure cargo properly for transit, and follow weight‑handling protocols.
• Verify delivery details, obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery, and collect cash‑on‑delivery payments accurately.
• Maintain delivery records, update the dispatch team or app on order status, and report any issues or delays immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service at point‑of‑contact – verify recipient identity, answer inquiries politely, and escalate problems as needed.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and road‑worthy.
• Adhere to all UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure zero incidents on the road.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced logistics team, supporting last‑mile delivery for e‑commerce platforms, restaurants, and retail businesses.

Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no formal higher education is required.
• Valid UAE driving license for the appropriate vehicle category (car, van, or motorcycle); manual driving license is preferred for van positions.
• Minimum 1–2 years of delivery or courier experience is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a clean driving record and strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic patterns, and common delivery zones; proficiency in using GPS apps (Google Maps, Waze) and delivery management platforms.
• Physically fit to handle, lift, and carry packages up to 20‑25 kg repeatedly throughout the day.
• Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• A clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• UAE residency and valid Emirates ID; valid work permit or ability to obtain a secondment labour permit (for some contract models).
• Smartphone with reliable internet connection for real‑time order management and navigation.
