Officer Standards & Procedures at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will monitor all operational processes and procedures at DXB/DWC and Outstations to ensure flydubai ground operations compliance in line with GCAA CAR Air Ops. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Officer Standards & Procedures

• Executes quality control program in line with GCAA and flydubai requirements which would extend to all areas of airport operations.
• Conducts quality control checks across network stations to ensure implementation and effectiveness of ground operations quality control and produce trends to management team.
• Assists in developing Safety Alerts, handling notices based on quality control and compliance checks.
• Assists in non-conformances raised during station audits, work with stations to develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Conducts station briefings to implement immediate actions coming out from gaps in safety reports and non-conformances.
• Ensures accurate collation of non-conformances raised during annual station audits and designs and implements corrective actions and mitigation plans.
• Monitors trends and industry updates ensuring that flydubai adopts the latest and best practice processes.
• Prepares and publishes management reports for relevant stakeholders (postholder and SVP.)
• Reviews and implements any changes required from GCAA and IATA publications that are relevant for flydubai airport manuals and documents.
• Oversees the proficiency of turnaround operations – reporting on shortfalls and compliance to precision time schedules and provides key recommendations.

Requirements for Role of Officer Standards & Procedures

•  Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
• 3+ years experience in airport operations such as passenger services, baggage services, ground handling operations, dangerous goods regulations, and Ramp handling, check-in, boarding ramp handling, loading, pushback, de-icing, and into plane fueling.
• Experience with B737 and other narrow-body aircraft (preferable)
