Officer Safety at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will manage record keeping and maintain up to date information within the Safety Department. This is an Entry level full time job. Responsibilities

• Assists SVP – CSS and Senior Manager Safety with office administration, writing of report and statistical analysis.
• Creates and updates safety records and databases with all relevant expiry/review dates and signatures.
• Conducts inspections of maintained records to ensure compliance with GCAA CARs.
• Ensures all GCAA required documentation is submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with GCAA timelines.
• Prepares reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to GCAA CARs and company policy.
• Maintains employee records for departmental personnel.
• Records and maintains updated departmental records and meeting minutes.
• Reviews documentation for GCAA submission.
• Performs such other task as duly notified by SVP – CSS/Senior Manager Safety.

Requirements for Role of Officer Safety

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in a related field.
