Etihad Airways is seeking a proficient candidate as a Roaster Development Officer for Crew Planning in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Role of Roaster Development Officer

At Etihad Airways, a Roaster Development Officer is a Customer/ data focused individual who manages long term roster scenarios.The Officer shall also assist in the Development of roster plans, Manpower Plans and budgets.

Duties of Roaster Development Officer

A Roaster Development Officer at Etihad Airways is accountable for the following duties

• Responsible for Maintaining/ Enhancing the schedule plan for long and short term operations within all Etihad rostering systems.
• Maintaining qualifications within the crew groups to ensure legality at all times.
• To ensure Leave plans are created & maintained at all times.
• Create & Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• To positively action Adhoc rostering assignments requests.
• Assist in creating and maintaining all databases within the realms of the equity partners.
• Assist with Budget and manpower plans for both short term and long term operations.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing dept procedures to ensure we are efficient.

Education & Experience

• Educated to at least High School diploma level, preferable with a University or College level qualification.
• Some relevant experience in roaster development would be beneficial.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft suites, with emphasis on Excel, Charts, V-Look up, tracking sheets.
• Analytical skills.
• Data Interpretation skills.
