Hotels/Restaurant industry is currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join their team as an Office Boy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient office environment, supporting various departments with basic tasks, and ensuring the overall well being of the workplace.

Responsibilities of Office Boy

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the office, including the kitchen, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
• Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and office events.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for staff members.
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Run errands outside the office, such as banking and purchasing office supplies.
• Support with setting up and organizing meeting rooms for various company events.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in performing tasks.

Requirements of Office Boy
