Job Description

Nationalization Associate at Azadea Group will be responsible for executing tasks related to the nationalization mandate and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Supports in recruiting nationals according to nationalization policies and procedures. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Nationalization Associate

  • Support in developing recruitment strategies to achieve required national recruitment and retention objectives.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing retention programs aimed at supporting the company’s nationalization strategy.
  • Adhere to official recruitment directives for nationals to achieve the nationalization percentage goals.
  • Conduct the full onboarding procedure for new national recruits, including contract signing, medical exams, and registration with the pension fund.
  • Maintain effective relationships with national employees and managers to support HR-related requests and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in building strong relationships with national colleges and universities to source the needed talent.
  • Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed in compliance with national labor law, nationalization guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements for Role of Nationalization Associate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
