Job Description

Emirates Post Group, a leader in the MENA logistics industry, has implemented ServiceNow for ITSM, workflows and intranet in conjunction with Microsoft 365. Currently, company is hiring experienced Modern Workplace Manager to lead and optimize these platforms, fostering a cohesive and efficient modern workplace environment. Role holder will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, optimization & effective utilization of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. Also, drive innovation, enhance workflows and maximize user productivity across these platforms.

Responsibilities of Modern Workplace Manager

  • Lead strategic planning & implementation of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 solutions to meet organizational objectives, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and user experience.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement workflows, automations & integrations that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support for end users, driving adoption and maximizing the utilization of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 functionalities.
  • Manage governance and compliance aspects of the platforms, ensuring security measures and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, staying updated with platform enhancements and exploring new features to optimize the modern workplace environment.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team to leverage the full potential of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.

Requirements for Role of Modern Workplace Manager

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 would be advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 platforms within a large-scale organization.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices, along with hands on experience in ServiceNow administration and customization.
  • Proficiency in the configuration and administration of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving change and fostering a collaborative modern workplace culture.
