Duties of A Mixologist

• Supervises workflow and sequence of service effectiveness during service and provides constant hands-on support.
• Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
• Delivers best in class drinks to specification consistently.
• Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard.
• Has a good knowledge of all beverages beyond those stocked in the restaurant and has a working knowledge of classic cocktails and drinks.
• Manage stock, ordering, returns and stockages.
• Can receive and log all deliveries.
• Understands and will assist with the Brand audit and will implement any actions required.
• To lead by example with excellent customer service.
• To always aim to exceed expectation.

Requirements for role of A Mixologist

The eligibility requirements for role of a Mixologist F&B Service are as under:

• High school graduate.
• One year of experience in the same role in a 5-star hotel or a high end bar.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
• Extensive wine cocktails and beverage knowledge.
