Job Description

Al Futtaim Group is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of a MIS Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating the current reporting systems and lead a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better.

Duties of MIS Manager

  • Develop and maintain broad knowledge of company’s business and technology requirements and needs.
  • Support on Capex expenditure related analysis.
  • Financial modelling on Capex and related projects.
  • Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with directors and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts and align with budget requirements for AFM and TMC.
  • Drive the generation and analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders.
  • Lead the incentive policy discussions and policy drafting and get the necessary buy in from Management.
  • Schedule and drive an Incentive forum to ensure clarity on the incentive pay-outs and policies among the Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a MIS Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance/ Data Base management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a multinational environment focusing on data analytics preferably in Automotive industry.
  • MIS & Reporting Experience is highly desired.

Skills Desired

  • Analytical, data driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills.
  • Strong presentations skills, translating complex topics into easy-to-follow visual representations.
  • Knowledge on some of the Data Analytics and Reporting Tools like Tableau, Power BI & Alteryx.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strategic and Goal Oriented.
  • Examines data to identify issues, draw conclusions and lead the team to solve problems.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office, Data Analytics & Visualization tools – Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
