Farm Fresh (a flagship brand linked to GMG) is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of a Merchandiser in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to be part of day to day operations allocated sections in assigned stores while maintain quality service to customers.

Responsibilities of Merchandiser

• Deliver effective customer service and assist customers throughout the day as per the standards and guidelines to promote sales.
• Responsible for preparing the section to trade before store opening as per standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Display the product based on FIFO and ensure that damaged or expired product are removed from the shelves.
• Coordinate in obtaining stock from the warehouse to the selling area and replenish stock as per the display guidelines.
• Maintain self-hygiene standards and adhere to the uniform policy.
• Ensure that waste/damaged goods are properly recorded for stock accuracy.
• Ensure that prices are accurate and clearly visible to the customer.

Requirements for Role of Merchandiser

• A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as business or marketing or merchandising and retail management.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a stocker or merchandiser in FMCG retail in UAE.
• Must have valid UAE’s light motor vehicle driving license.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficient in English communication skill.
