Modern Pharmaceutical LLC is currently looking to hire suitably dedicated and qualified candidate for the job role of Medical Representative (Generic Products) in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to relevant medical establishments, meet with doctors and hospital teams and make presentations to persuade potential clients to use their goods which include medicines, prescription drugs etc. to a variety of customers including general practitioners (GPs), hospital doctors, pharmacists and nurses and expand the customer net work by achieving the sales distribution target of the division.

Responsibilities of Medical Representative

• Engage with healthcare professionals in dialogue about products efficacy profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
• Work with sales manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, demographic and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples etc.
• Ensure excellent medical and product knowledge and promotional skills related to disease area and product.

Requirements for Role of Medical Representative 

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years Sales experience as a Medical Representative in Dubai.
• Minimum 1 Year Working with Generic Products.
• UAE Driving License is a must.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Language requirements are English, Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent Presentation & Negotiation skills.
