Medical Representative in CVRM at AstraZeneca in Dubai Science Park Complex 1, Al Barsha, Al Barsha South, Dubai, UAE responsible for positively influencing customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in each territory in compliance with AZ CO. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Medical Representative

• Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
• Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, demographic and managed market’s information relative to assigned sales territory.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
• Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to their disease area and product.

Requirements for Role of Medical Representative

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science.
• 2+ years experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in Qatar market.
• Previous experience in the CVRM therapy area is desirable.
• 2-5 years in pharmaceutical industry.
