Job Description

Gems Education is seeking an exceptional Mathematics educator to assume the role of Mathematics Department Head and join their team in August 2024. Job Requirements of Mathematics Department Head

  • A B.Ed. with specialism in Mathematics or subject related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
  • Proven qualified experience of teaching Mathematics using UK national curriculum up to GCSE & A Levels (3+ years minimum).

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • The ability to share your outstanding practice.
  • Interested in career growth, leadership, sustainability.
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
  • Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
