Responsibilities:
• Build and run AI-powered marketing campaigns that drive awareness, sign-ups, and engagement.
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, and Google Ads to create personalized and data-driven content.
• Leverage customer insights and predictive analytics to refine targeting and messaging.
• Automate workflows using platforms like HubSpot and GitHub.
• Optimize campaign performance with a focus on ROI, lead quality, and user retention.
• Lead and support internal initiatives around language machine learning to enhance user experience and engagement.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with strong AI/tech integration.
• Background in personal development, mental health, or wellness is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in marketing and AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, Google Ads, HubSpot, GitHub.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
