Marketing Coordinator Hiton Yas Island Abu Dhabi

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager or Director in implementing marketing and communication strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand reputation. The role involves assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing digital and print materials, and analyzing marketing data.

Responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator

  • Support the Marketing Manager or Director in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing and communication materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts and website content, ensuring that they are up-to-date and engaging.
  • Responsible for generating departmental reports.
  • Assist with Hilton’s procurement system.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of promotional events, such as trade shows and product launches.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, using analytics tools and software.
  • Manage the marketing and communication databases, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that all marketing and communication activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements of Marketing Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and media contacts.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain and analyse complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to travel to various properties in the region as required.
  • Arabic speaker.
