As the COO, you will play an instrumental role in directing the operations of the company, working closely with stakeholders to refine its strategy, and propel growth in new markets. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in assessing and refining the financial model, enhancing operational efficiency, and curtailing costs. You will also spearhead the venture into new regions for development and growth, with your data-driven market analyses and avant-garde marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Formulate and execute strategic and operational initiatives
– Examine and improve financial models and operational procedures
– Propel marketing strategies and market expansion
– Foster partnerships and unearth new consumer opportunities
– Supervise liquidity management, case administration, and business restructuring plans
– Guide key constituent communications and negotiations
**Key Skills & Experience:**
– Demonstrated leadership in the luxury sector or similar industries
– Robust negotiation and communication skills
– Established experience in strategic consulting, financial operations, or restructuring roles
– Proven prowess in business transformation and interim management
– Willingness to travel frequently between the UK and the GCC
