SPEED & SPIRIT is what Puma look for in their candidate for the role of Manager Visual Merchandising GCC. Candidate will develop and execute visual merchandising strategies across GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Responsibilities of Manager Visual Merchandising
- Plan seasonal/yearly visual activity roll-out plan and execute accordingly.
- Ensure that the seasonal campaigns are effectively implemented.
- In conjunction with the sales team, secure visual space in-store.
- Manage, maintain and coordinate the PRS business in its entirety.
- Manage and develop a more efficient and effective VM team.
- Operational Responsibilities: Execute visual merchandising in the defined account base (PME & PUAE)
- Allocate all VM material according to the seasonal roll-out plan
- Implement campaigns per the predetermined calendar
- Seek new opportunities to improve brand awareness through effective merchandising
- Plan and design store layouts that optimise the use of space and create an inviting shopping environment.
- Coordinate with the project team for new store openings and store renovations
- Actively travel to the markets managed by PME
Requirements for Role of Manager Visual Merchandising
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 5 years experience in visual merchandising in Sporting Goods industry.
