The incumbent will innovate, delight and excite everybody they work with and for. It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.
Duties of A Manager Talent Acquisition
- Design and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy through recruitment programs; targeted applicant approaches and multi channel broadcasts.
- Continually maintain a candidate pool of critical skills, maintaining succession gaps in collaboration with the business areas you are working with.
- Support on sourcing strategies and come up with innovative attraction campaigns based on the target audience.
Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Manager Talent Acquisition are as under:
- You will be educated to a Degree Level.
- You will have 7 to 8 years experience within Talent Acquisition, mainly within sourcing, pipeline development and senior level talent attraction.
- You will have thorough experience working with LinkedIn as well as other job portals and boards.
- Level A & P certification is desirable.
Skills Desired
- Excellent and demonstrable customer relationship building skills.
- Good communication skills.
