Job Description
DAMAC Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Manager Talent Acquisition in DAMAC Executive Heights, TECOM, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, PO Box 2195 Dubai, AE. This is a Senior level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 12000-25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Manager Talent Acquisition
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for their organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the job market to attract top talent.
- Employer Branding: Promote their company culture and values to attract candidates who align with their mission and vision.
Requirements for Role of Manager Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency or Inhouse.
