Samsung Electronics is presently looking for qualified and passionate candidates for the role of a Manager Sales & Strategy Analyst in Dubai. The appointed candidate will be responsible to oversee sales and forecast across Samsung MENA markets with the key objective of driving business growth via identifying gaps, opportunities, potential and optimizations. The incumbent will also be responsible to directly contribute to achieving sales and growth goals by interpreting data, and making grounded recommendations to improve digital channel performance and consumer experience across digital touch points.
Responsibilities of A Manager Sales & Strategy Analyst
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics dashboards to ensure metric reporting consistency.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analyses, and dashboards, to drive key business decisions.
- Managing, consolidating, analyzing and understanding the sales trends in MENA region and tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers and deliver easy to read dashboard visualizations.
- Help to convert business information into business intelligence to support driving revenue and performance of online business.
- Identify, measure, and monitor key performance indicators, while making recommendations impacting sales performance.
- Monitoring sales and forecast data of each local office, identify issues (upload error, data accuracy) and escalate to management and global HQ in a timely manner to take appropriate action.
- Build recommendations based on the analysis and monitoring of the collected data and KPIs.
- Create reports and dashboards that provide correlations between web engagement and revenue, web engagement and marketing channels, etc.
- Analyze user engagement and sales conversions focused on categories, product pages, and checkout pages and identify key drivers to recommend growth opportunities.
- Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reports that measure performance of e-commerce KPIs.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to define the information needed and how best to present it.
Requirements for Role of Manager Sales & Strategy Analyst
The eligibility requirements for role of Manager Sales & Strategy Analyst are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree with min of 10 years of experience in data analysis within an e-commerce/retail/consultancy environment.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. ability to create macros and functions that can ease report creation) for report automation with a high sense of numeric analysis.
- Advanced Korean documentation experience.
- Preferred to have Global brand e-commerce experience.
