Job Description

Manager IT ERP at GMG will serve as SPOC and will lead all IT initiative from planning to delivery. Suitable candidate will gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions. Candidate will work closely with the key stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into clear requirement documents, write compelling business cases and proposals. Candidate must be detail oriented, yet able to see the big picture and work with the overall business. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Manager IT ERP

  • Ensuring the changes are made by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach contributing to support for stakeholders affected by new systems and processes.
  • People Management:
  • Able to build credible relationships both in immediate team and across multiple companies.
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance on project goals, best practices, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure the team is equip with necessary resources and training to meet the business’s IT needs.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and effective communication.
  • Functional/Technical Competencies:
  • Ability to understand current/changing business processes, participation in defining application and platform functionality.
  • Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the group while managing the tactical components of running the daily business.
  • Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans.

Requirements for Role of Manager IT ERP

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience on MS D365 Store Commerce.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication skills to distill technology projects into understandable and compelling executive level presentations.
  • Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAPiness cases and proposals. IT Manager must detail oriented, yet able to see the big picture and work with the overall business.
