Job Description
Apparel Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Manager Corporate Development in AlQuoz Office , Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 15000-30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Manager Corporate Development
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, including identifying potential targets, conducting market analysis, financial valuation, and due diligence.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess the viability and profitability of proposed transactions and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with senior management to align corporate development strategies with the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, industry partners, and financial institutions.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the company’s growth plans.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations for investment opportunities and strategic partnerships to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to ensure successful execution of transactions and integration of acquired assets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and partnerships, providing strategic insights for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes, market conditions, and economic trends that could affect the company’s growth trajectory.
Requirements for Role of Manager Corporate Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A, or a related field.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Proven track record in successfully managing and executing M&A deals and corporate development initiatives.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a capacity to influence and drive strategic decisions at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks within the region.
