Logistics at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of their company, coordinating personnel and processes to ensure the effective distribution of goods. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Monitor Supply Chain Operations: Manage the entire process of order fulfillment from order creation to final delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment and delivery of products.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
• Develop and Optimize Logistics Procedures: Optimize the flow of materials and goods throughout the supply chain.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Handle import/export documentation and procedures.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Lead and manage logistics staff and temporary workers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements for Role of Logistics

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
