Legal Counsel – META region Honey Well Dubai UAE Full-time

This role supports legal entity management across Honeywell’s META footprint, including statutory compliance, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate licensing renewals across multiple jurisdictions. You will work on contract lifecycle processes, contribute to legal operations automation initiatives, and partner with business stakeholders across Building Automation, Process Technologies, Industrial Solutions, and Process Automation. The position reports to the META General Counsel in Dubai, offering hands‑on exposure to cross‑border matters, modern legal operations, and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal entity management across Honeywell’s META footprint, including statutory compliance, filings, and governance frameworks.
• Work on board and shareholder matters, including drafting resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate approvals.
• Oversee corporate licensing, renewals, and regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining governance standards and corporate records.
• Support contract lifecycle processes, including review, coordination, and execution of commercial agreements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal processes, templates, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders across the region to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance legal service delivery and operational excellence.
• Support the META General Counsel on strategic legal initiatives and regional leadership matters.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at a reputed international law firm and/or relevant in-house experience.
• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, or governance matters, including entity management, regulatory frameworks, and contract processes.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled legal delivery.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior regional leadership and business stakeholders.
