Job Description
Leasing officer/Leasing Administrator is responsible for processing lease documents, updating and managing rent roll data, manage tenant data in the system, prepare contracts, NOC’s, renewal notices and manage ongoing property requirements. They monitor the business and financial transactions for leased properties, coordinate with FM, and tenants. They also reach out to potential clients for their concepts and profiles. Leasing Administrator performs clerical and administrative duties as needed, requiring them to have excellent communication and organizational skills, especially in interacting with customers, operations and FM department. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 6000-13000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Leasing Administrator
- Prepare renewal notices
- Prepare contracts
- Follow up for contract renewals
- Tenant documents and cheques
- Update Data base in the system and master rent roll sheets
- Schedule meetings Communicate with tenants and FM department Store
- Manage tenant documents Coordinate with mall operations team and FM department for tenant related concerns
- Register and renew Ejari’s
Requirements of Leasing Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Marketing,
- 4 years of experience in leasing, real estate management, or a related field, preferably within commercial property sector or a related field.
- Experience in using advance excel, Ejari portal PMS knowledge
