In this role you will support marine construction and dredging operations and help deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations and site teams to keep work on track.
• Support planning, resourcing and progress monitoring for assigned scopes.
• Prepare accurate reports, records and documentation for review and audit.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical queries.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks early and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar lead commissioning engineer role, ideally in the UAE or wider Gulf region.
