Emirates NBD is presently hiring for the job role of Lead Brand Governance Operations in Dubai. This is a pivotal role at Emirates NBD, responsible for supporting the Brand & Marketing teams in protecting and enhancing the company’s brands. As part of the Group Brand Management team, this role includes assisting in the development and implementation of brand recommendations, managing and monitoring brand audits and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities of Lead Brand Governance Operations
- Identify & assess emerging brand risks across all touchpoints and support in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Recommend & develop a brand reputation and governance audit framework.
- Support the adoption of processes and tools for the brand and reputation risk management program.
- Provide ongoing guidance, training and support to Marketing teams and Retail Distribution teams to effectively manage branded materials and foster a culture of autonomy.
- Define, monitor and report on quantitative indicators to track and report on brand alignment and consistency.
- Support the design and delivery of Group standards, guidelines and processes managing Brand in international markets.
Requirements of Lead Brand Governance Operations
- Graduate in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years in globally recognized blue chip organization.
- Experience in the Middle East market is a plus.
- Background in retail distribution, branch management or merchandizing.
