Responsibilities of Data Entry Clerk

Following are the responsibilities for the said job:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company’s databases and systems.
• Ensure the integrity and security of all data through regular checks and audits.
• Assist in the organization and filing of physical and electronic documents.
• Collaborate with other team members to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports and provide timely updates on data related tasks.
• Handle routine clerical tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements of Data Entry Clerk

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of logistics processes is a plus, but not required.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
