Key Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports
• Support the senior accounting team in day-to-day accounting tasks
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Some experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
