We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AVIT systems, networking, device troubleshooting, and technical support. The role involves maintaining and supporting various technology systems including IPTV, CCTV, networking infrastructure, and end-user devices while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform fault-finding and recommend corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare technical reports, worklists, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards.
- Maintain Gaming Consoles and related AV equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve common PC and device-related issues.
- Provide technical support for Windows, Apple, and Android devices including phones and tablets.
- Support IPTV management, TVRO, VoD, DigiValet, Crestron, CCTV, Lutron, and Background Music Systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks on fibre, UTP, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot RF networks for Satellite/Cable TV systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain AV and IT systems.
