Responsibilities of IT Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct regular system updates and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Educate end-users on IT policies and best practices.

Requirements of IT Support specialist

• IT certifications (e.g. Comp TIA A+ , Microsoft Certified, Windows 10) are a plus.
• 1-2 years Proven experience in same or similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or mac OS operating systems.
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem solving & communication skills.
• Customer focused with a service-oriented mindset.
