Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for an IT Staffing Recruitment Consultant for internal team based in UAE (preferred location is Abu Dhabi, UAE) . They are looking for atleast 2-3 years of UAE recruitment experience and are not looking for HR/onboarding experience as the role sits in the capacity of HARDCORE Technology recruiter who will work in high-end tech mandates.
Responsibilities of IT Staffing Recruitment Consultant
- Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and being the primary point of contact for your candidates.
- Scoping new roles and developing interview loops in collaboration with hiring manager.
- Sourcing high quality candidates and running sourcing sessions with staff.
- Writing, editing, and standardizing job descriptions.
- Evaluating and interfacing with external recruiting organizations.
- Improving our recruitment processes to better serve candidates, fellow employees, and hiring managers.
- Identify and develop talent on high-end technology roles like ICT/Cybersecurity domain for technical positions, including but not limited to: High end tech Developers, Data Scientist, Artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, SAP, Cyber Security.
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates looking for permanent and direct-hire opportunities.
- Market services and candidates to fulfill talent needs within the technology vertical.
- Foster long-term relationships with client partners and area professionals.
- Negotiate salary with potential new hires based on position requirements.
- Prospect local businesses, Involvement with local networking groups, in-person meetings, and interviews.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Requirements of IT Staffing Recruitment Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in high end technology roles.
- UAE experience of at least 1-2 years in a client facing role is must.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
