Job Description
NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified candidate for position of a IT Helpdesk in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, AE. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-3500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities of IT Helpdesk
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist users with software applications and provide training when necessary.
- Document and track all support activities and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry best practices.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements for Role of IT Helpdesk
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
