We are seeking an experienced ISV & Data & AI Solution Sales Manager to drive partner success, pipeline growth, and revenue across AI, Data, and ISV ecosystems.
This role will be responsible for executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, managing partner relationships, and accelerating deal closure through co-sell motions with hyperscalers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling ISV monetization and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in solution sales, partner management, or enterprise sales
- Strong background in AI, Data, Cloud, or ISV ecosystems
- Experience working with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partner channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline creation, velocity, and deal closure across ISV, Data & AI portfolios
- Qualify opportunities and manage end-to-end deal execution
- Ensure strong pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
- Manage ISV and Data/AI partner relationships and growth
- Lead ISV incubation through to monetization
- Expand partner reach and engagement (Reach & Frequency model)
- Coordinate multi-partner deal cycles and co-sell activities
- Own and execute joint GTM strategies with ISVs, OEMs, and hyperscalers
- Develop partner business plans, revenue targets, and milestones
- Drive marketplace listings, promotions, and solution plays
- Execute structured cadence (ROB) including pipeline reviews and performance tracking
- Work with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and events
- Collaborate with presales on solution positioning and architecture validation
- Support technical onboarding and partner enablement
